How to Play

Play solo or with a number of people.

Starting the Game:  To set up an Early Cinema Match Card Game, shuffle the cards and then place each card face down in a grid of parallel rows. Each player takes a turn by turning two cards over.

If they match, the player picks them up and keeps them and takes another turn until they fail to get a match. The player turns the cards back over if they don't match.

A match is when two cards have the same picture. For example, a match would be two of the same images of Mable Normand or two of the same portrait of Douglas Fairbanks.

The game is over when all of the cards have been matched and picked up. The winner is the player with the most matches.
